Sackett - Betty Herrera History Fees Map/Directions Since 1980 I have exclusively represented individuals with claims for Social Security disability insurance and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits. I have successfully represented over 2500 claimants in these matters. I have served as the Chairman of the Santa Clara County Bar Association Committee on Social Security Law and the California State Chairperson for the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). I have published articles on Social Security disability law, been a member of the faculty at the Institute for Paralegal Education - University of Santa Clara, lectured at continuing education conferences, and appeared on public television legal affairs programs.
